Open Level Adult Heels Monday Nights

This class is open to all levels. Each week the level of the class varies between beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Class is fit for intermediate level dancers looking to train! Complete beginners please check out Wednesday night classes. Class is structured the following: stretch, across the floor/drills, learning choreography, and performing/filming afterwards. Heels are optional.

Beginner Level Adult Heels Wednesday Nights

Class is designed for all beginners looking to take their first step in heels. Heels are optional. You can come in sneakers! Class is structured the following: stretch, learning fundamental/foundational movements, learning a beginner/intermediate level choreography, and dancing.
